The Oxford Airline bus can take you directly from London airports to the Oxford city centre. Oxford, itself, is easily explored by foot or bus. National Rail, also, provides easy access to destinations further afield.

For reimbursement of your expenses, please save your receipts and I will collect them along with the necessary forms at the workshop. For flights, please save your boarding pass as well.

REQUIRED FORMS

US Participants: Reimbursement for US participants will come as a US check mailed directly to your address. In order to receive the funds you must complete a W-9 form.

Non-US Participants: Reimbursement for non-US participants can be made as a wire transfer. To receive this you must complete the highlighted portions of the attached International Wire Transfer Form and the attached W-8BEN form.
